4 Large Boneless and Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
Bald Man Rub
1 cup Bald Man Mop Sauce
  • Rinse the chicken breasts.  Pour orange juice into crock pot.  Generously season the chicken breasts with Bald Man Rub on both sides and place in the crock pot.
  • Cook the chicken breasts in your covered crock pot on high for 2 hours.  If you have to layer the chicken breasts in the crock pot, make sure to rotate the chicken breasts in the crock pot about 1 hour into your cook.  *note that all crock pots are different so please make sure your chicken is fully cooked to 165 degrees before pulling the chicken.
  • Remove the chicken breasts and place in a large bowl.  Using 2 forks or gloves, pull the chicken into shreds or cut into small pieces.
  • Place the pulled chicken breast back into the crock pot. Add 1 cup Bald Man Mop Sauce and mix together.  Add more sauce if desired (we prefer our pulled chicken to not have a soupy texture to it…adjust the amount of sauce to your preference – remember your can always add more later in the cook but you can’t take out what you already put in).
  • Cook the pulled chicken and Mop Sauce mixture in your covered crock pot on high for one hour, mixing once at 30 minutes.
  • Serve the pulled chicken on nachos, hamburger buns or tortillas with your favorite toppings.
